A safer local exchange is taking shape

Joplin Barter

A community marketplace for trading goods, services, skills, and time without making cash the center of every exchange.

Coming soon

We are building a Joplin-first place for neighbors to post items, offer help, find wanted goods, and discover local swap meets, garage sales, farmers markets, and community events.

Local by design

Focused on the Joplin area first, with room to grow from real community use.

Barter first

Trade a bike for a lawnmower, swap skills, or mix in cash when it makes sense.

Safer handoffs

A growing list of community-supported meeting spots will help keep exchanges grounded and practical.
